Nestled within a secure gated community, imagine this luxury home just a three-minute drive from both downtown and the beach, so location-wise, it's a winner. As soon as you step inside, you're hit with all this natural light, and yeah, it's fully air-conditioned – no sweat, literally. The kitchen's decked out and there's this big dining table for all the feasting you can handle. Then, the living room's the spot for kicking back – smart TV included for those lazy days. Villa Lux is currently a 4 bedroom house but will be remodeled in September and October 2024 to be a 7 bedroom house starting on November 1st, 2024.
