Great unit! In the middle of the city and close to everything. The pool and view are amazing. Perfect view of Petronas towers for pictures. The check in was great and they stored our luggage for us early! Thanks for that.

On the 30th of sept me & my daughter that’s disabled experienced a horrible morning(2:30 am) where someone tried to brag & bang on our door. 2 times. We were shaken up by it, reported to the staff and they were very nice to move us into another room. 🙏 Royale Chulan and their breakfast was amazing.

Despite the clear nonsmoking signs had to complain about someone clearly smoking in room and again several times after 1am - 3am with guests ..."
