Exceptional geographical location: proximity to the beach, forest, golf, tennis, swimming pool and shops. In a peaceful setting, in a green space, 3 km from Veillon Beach and the Payré estuary (classified natural site), 10 km from La Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne.
