"Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!"

We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. "Wonderful place to stay close to the airport. We arrived after 3am and we were greeted by an amazing staff member. Room was spacious and clean. The next morning the staff helped us answer lots of questions and get a cab to our car rental. Highly recommend! "
