"Hotel mükemmel idi. Temizliği ve otantik havası ile ailecek kalınası bir yer. Sadece kahvaltının bitiş saati çok dakikti (saat 10 a kadar denmişti kahvaltı saati ve o saatte de sona erdi). Millet olarak o dakikliğe alışkın değiliz. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz. Gelecek yıllara da aynı özen ve dikkatle devam etmeniz halinde Türkiye çapında ününüze ün katarsınız... Böyle devam... "Zumrut is just a stone throw away from the main slope and gondler. They have their own ski equipment shop at the main gate. Food wise is a bit limited but adequate. The staff are really friendly and helpful and our rooms where clean. In terms of facilities there isn't much and the hotel isn't in the same class as others along this strip, but it is excellent value for money. "
