I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Mumbai. I have nothing but good things to say about the place, and especially the staff. They made my time so special.

I booked a hotel because had a good reviews and rated five star. Room was not in good condition, floor was broken and dirty. I took pictures as well and more than happy to share with management or on the website. Few things were great though such as location, hotel lobby and courteous staff.

There is no coordination between hotel and Expedia, I have booked hotel from Expedia I have booking details still hotel management says they don’t receive any booking from expedia and when I trying to reach Expedia support they are not received call.
