"My third time staying here and it’s just as fresh as since it first opened. I stayed a week in the Park Hyatt in DC before coming over to Tysons for a few days and this hotel is better in so many ways than the Park Hyatt. The staff are friendly, the rooms are fresh, spacious, new and clean and the vibe is young and energetic. I only wish the breakfast were a little less holiday innish and a little more curated with more variety but can’t really complain especially at this price point. Will be back for sure again."
"The room was small and very difficult for more than one person. You could not walk around the bed. One person had to crawl over the other if they needed to get up in the night.
The high tech features were hard to get used to( window coverings, tv, lights all operated by an iPad.
This hotel seemed to lack the personal touch. A bit too self serve."
"Parking was rip off, spiders in bathroom, asked for hair dryer because ours was missing and never showed up, didn’t clean room, no towels, room next to us kept us up two nights in a row and had to call security, tv had no guide, pillow cases smelled and more"
