When we tried to open the door, the key worked, but door was manually locked and there was someone already inside After switching to correct room, the hotel forgot to take down my card to cover incidentals. So what did they do to get me down to put down my card? Just locked me out of my room altogether to get me to come to the front desk The hotel was great/beautiful. But the way things were handled were the opposite. Hotel was comfortable and staff was friendly/helpful. Location was great in Noma close to Union Market and a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. The Metro stop being so close was also really great, we took the train all over the city. Parking is pricey on-site so we parked at a lot a couple blocks away on M street. Our son loved the pool, but the hot tub never really got hot, more of a warm tub. Overall the hotel was nice, it could use a little updating/deep cleaning but overall was great for our stay.
