Room was spacious and very comfortable. The premises are futuristically designed and well maintained. The stuff is very attentive and helpful. The public bath/onsen is amazing. Spa was great. The only thing we found to be strangely on a different level was the breakfast/dining room. It's a self-contained resort with lodgings, shops, and restaurants. We stayed only 1 night but had fun exploring the property. It's an enormous sprawl. When we were there, the weather was nice. But it would be unpleasant to walk around in rain. The room was spacious and offered many amenities. We were comfortable. The only unfortunate thing was that the herbal bath building was outside of the hotel building, and we would have had to walk outside, which meant that on the way back, we would have gotten colder.
