It is a newly built detached house that just opened in March 2023 located within a 10minute walk from Takaoka Station   
The entire house is rented out Marunaya is operated by the Maruna Group which operates two restaurants There is a restaurant operated by the Maruna Group next to the inn   
During the restaurants business hours the staff live in the restaurant next door   
The entire house is rented out Not only the building but almost all of the furniture and appliances are brand new   
Free parking for 8 cars Adjacent to the accommodation facility   
Since it is an independent building that can be rented out you can enter and leave without meeting anyone   
Washing machine available Longterm stays are also possible / Two bedrooms in a large living room with an atrium
