The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The food was spectacular. Everything about this stay was awesome. I would go back, and although it was expensive, it was well worth the money (10 course dinner and ~6 course breakfast included). We were able to get by okay with English which was nice. There was a private outdoor hot tub and indoor shower that connected to the outside. Nice little Japanese garden in our backyard of our room. We went to the Shrine in the evening and they dressed us up in Yukata's to attend.
