Staffs were kind and friendly, always have a big smile on the face! The service was excellent! (Around 20 minute walk) Rooms are very spacious with soaking tub, shower and pull down shower seat. Living room with fridge and free coffee and drinks. Very nice staff. 7-11 a block away; pretty views. The rooms are nice and big, the service has been nothing but amazing (they stand up to greet you, they try to accommodate you when it's too early to check in). I gave the location a 3 because it isn't convenient for food and even though it's on the first stop on the lrt to get to the mrt, it isn't close to the mrt. But we choose this location as it is close to my wife's family home.
