My air conditioning just was not working properly. It couldn't get warm but the staff was nice to provide a portable heater. The water kettle was also not working after too. For the price I paid I just wished the room had better working equipment. Otherwise if it was lower price I wouldn't complain. We have a handicapped accessible room where the shower is open to the rest of the bathroom without any door or separation. It’s fantastic for those who are handicapped but whole bathroom is wet once the shower is used. On one hand was the staff efficient and amazing . The room I had was old and needed renovating. Desk was broken and wobbly and furniture needing repair. Carpets were a bit worn as well. Luckily I was out most of the time, but the bed was firm and amazing. Water pressure was questionable. There is only one small drawer on the left but nothing on the right. The double bed was formed by 2 mattresses and for that reason have an uncomfortable space in the middle. Oversize tv for the room too close to the bed. Bathroom with just one small hanger. The basement wasn't bad, there is free water coffee and tea.
