The check in staff was amazing, be able to accommodate my early check in. The room was clean and spacious. They have the complimentary snack room with water, juice and snack for all guests which is very nice. Would definitely be back next time

Small room but enough for the 2 of us for a short stay. The balcony was amazing to help create space and also dry a bit of washing! Very clean and bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly and the Whatapp chat on registration was super easy for all communications. Loved the complimentary snack bar - not having to buy water daily was clutch! The location was incredible - right in the middle of Ximen and only a short walk to Ximen station. Would highly recommend At Home Ximen - we would stay here again.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff are friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and it’s located in a great area. We also appreciated the local information provided, the snack bar with drinks and snacks, and the ability to leave our luggage while we explored before our flight. I would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel was GREAT. It was clean, nice, smellee great, had free snacks, water, & laundry. People can't get an the building without a code & there is always somebody at the front eventhough taiwan is very safe. It is in a great location. 2 blocks from Ximendeng shoppiny street. Maybe a 3 minute walk to 7 eleven & family mart & it's 2 massages on that same block for all the walking you will be doing. Its located in a trendy hipster area. Really nice boutique shopping as soon as you walk out & turn right. Did i mention it's a hospital next door if you need it. It's also a mall about 3 min alway walking that sells TONS of ANIME merch 🤗. I loved my stay here. I would definitely stay again. I even booked an extra night. I have no complaints. Perfect stay.

My stay at At Home Hotel Ximen became much more memorable than expected because of the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff. I had originally booked the hotel for just one night and planned to move to another property. Unfortunately, I experienced a medical emergency, was taken to the hospital, and ended up being admitted. During this stressful time, my nephew was left at the hotel on his own, and the staff went above and beyond to help him. Their support, concern, and willingness to assist gave me great peace of mind while I was in the hospital. Because of the situation, we extended our stay for an additional four nights. When I was finally discharged and returned to the hotel, I was touched that the staff not only remembered me but also asked how I was doing. That level of genuine care and personal attention is rare and made a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the lounge area is inviting and well-maintained, and the laundry facilities are clean and convenient. The location is also a major advantage, with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. Most importantly, I felt that the area was safe, and I was comfortable knowing my nephew could easily and safely get around while I was hospitalized. I cannot thank the staff enough for their compassion and outstanding service during a difficult time. Their kindness turned what could have been a very stressful experience

I had a wonderful stay at At Home Hotel in Ximending, Taipei. The staff were very nice and considerate, always making me feel welcome and taken care of. I especially appreciated the comfortable lounge area, which was a great place to relax, along with the free water provided for guests. The hotel also offers free laundry, which was very convenient during my trip. The room and common areas were quiet, clean, and felt very safe, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Taipei.

A decent stay, easy access to the bustles of Ximenting, yet without much of the noises. Room is clean and nice. Lounge on the second floor with washer and dryey, as dryer is very useful during raining seasons in Taiwan. Staff are super helpful. However, The elevator is a bit smelly. No iron in the room and you have to lend one from the front desk and the steamy iron doesn’t work very well.. Overall it’s a good stay considering the price level.
