There are 2 elevators but sometimes they are used by the cleaners to transport garage so they stink badly. Check-in at the counter on the 9th floor, and we had rooms on the 10th. Room was large size and had toiletries, mini fridge, cable TV, decent wifi, bottled water, tea/coffee. Air-conditioning was miserable and non-existent, opening the single window caused mosquitoes to enter. Shower was hot and water pressure good but pipes were super noisy so i didn't have a good rest. Housekeeping did a great job with the lousy hardware though. Beds were terribly soft. The AC did not work, a pretty bad experience. The last night, I had a separate booking on the 9th floor, the experience was much better, working AC, cleaner bathroom, the room actually had a window and balcony. The AC worked as well. We got a free upgrade to family room and the room was spacious. However, walls are very very thin,can hear the conversation/showering next door clearly in the middle of the night.
