The staff were generally good but laundry service was terrible. I submitted laundry on the day that I checked out and requested the express service, which was listed as "drop off before 9am, return before 4pm" for 50% surcharge and told them that I'd return to collect after 4PM because I needed clean clothes before business dinner that night. I returned in a Taxi to collect my clothes at 5pm and was told they weren't back and that they would call me as soon as they arrived. I received no call, and had to wear inappropriate, somewhat smelly clothes to dinner. I phoned again the next morning, still no clothes. I phoned again in the evening and my clothes were available but they still hadn't called me as they said they would!
