I've never met someone like her who works for the hotel. She is not suitable for the customer service, because she's always annoyed somthing. And hotel looks clean but if you look closely, It gonna be uncomfortable. Especially, shower rooms. It was like cheap pool shower and cheap mat (very hard). Please never look under the mat.... My room was so cold for me. The whole area have not heater. So when after I took the shower was so cold. Toilet and restloom was clean. breakfast ticket was usefull.
