Room was very large. Bathroom and shower excellent. Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Bus stop nearby. The first time I stayed the room was modern, clean, and great. The second time I had the same room type but AC was broken in Taiwan’s heated summer. The 3 time I was given a corner room which was tiny with super dirty carpet. She just commanding you doing this and that. The wallpaper in the room is peeling and there is dust underneath the bench. Staff was quick and responsive. Free minibar in fridge. TV resets to factory settings everytime it was turned on - difficult to toggle to channels. Cleanliness can be improved (e.g. carpet, windowsills). Only one pillow available for each guest.
