The check-in process was seamless. While the room's condition is satisfactory, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bedsheets. The provision of a light breakfast is a thoughtful touch. Fortunately, we experienced no noise disturbances during our stay, possibly due to effective sound insulation or considerate neighbors. Perfect hotel in the middle of the city. Clean, comfortable, spacious, great city view & customer service. This was our 1st visit to Taiwan. It had everything we needed. If you are really tall, you might find the low ceilings in some areas of room hard to deal with. My son is 5'9" & he was ok. Location is excellent for MRT access. We stayed 2 nights but our room was not serviced at all during our stay. The reception is a bit cold. The beds are on the firm side but the comforter and pillows were nice. This hotel did not provide a bar of soap in our room for the bathroom sink area which was weird and disappointing. Included breakfast was okay.
