受付の方がとても親切でチェックイン前の荷物預かりもして頂けました。不便を感じたのは設備についてで、①お部屋がとにかく寒い(空調設備なし)②鏡が洗面所1つのみ③ベット脇にコンセントがない④壁が薄い、以上四点です。ホテルのアメニティに部屋着はないのでこれから宿泊される方はご注意ください。 ##### AYA Stayed 1 night in Mar 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent スタッフの方々が親切だった。部屋は広く、シャワールームに仕切りがあり、圧も強く使いやすかった。ウォシュレットは無い。Wifi接続やベッドの寝心地は良好。残念な点は最寄り駅(西門＆北門)からも15分弱かかることと、1階(入り口)から2階(フロント)へのエレベーターが無いこと。少し歩けば西門町内の飲食店やスーパーもあり、飲食は困らない。料金的には悪くないと思ったので、荷物や行程、価格状況を鑑み、また利用したい。 ロケーションは西門エリアではあるが、駅からはだいぶ歩く。ホテルの周りにはコンビニや食堂など揃っており便利。今回は利用しなかったが、ホテルのすぐ近くに桃園空港行きの高速バス乗り場があるので、帰りは台北駅を経由せずに空港に向かうことができる。これはポイントが高い。 部屋の設備はだいぶ古びており、お世辞にも良いとは言えないが、清掃は行き届いており清潔感はある。ラブホなので大きな浴槽がある。 このホテルの魅力はスタッフのホスピタリティの高さ。安ホテルに似つかわしくないとても親切でフレンドリーなスタッフ。今回2人のスタッフに対応してもらったが、1人は日本語ができるし、フロントの前を通るたびに日本語で声をかけてくれた。チェックアウトの時に対応してくれたもう1人のおばさんは、フロントがある2階から1階まで階段しかないのだが、一緒にスーツケースを運ぼうとしてくれた。もちろん断ったけど。涙が出そうになるぐらい素晴らしい接客で、それだけでまたこのホテルを利用したくなった。
