Everything was adequate; fridge, tea and coffee bags, mugs, water cooker, filtered water just out side our room, daily cleaning service. Whenever we needed something, the receptionist (specially Alex) took care of it. As we are older folks, he even carried our suitcases up to the room! Apropos, one drawback are the two flights of steep stairs from the street entrance up. Location is perfect, 50 m from the MRT stop exit 1 (escalator) and 2\. The hotel is in the middle of a busy market, but that did not bother us. The staff was very attentive and cleaned our room everyday, replacing water bottles and towels, arranging stuffed animals on the bed in a funny way. The staff allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby after we checked out. They answered our questions and were very hospitable. The location is unbeatable. Right next to the MRT and two steps from a 7-11 to fill all your late night needs. There is some traffic noise that is loudest right next to the windows. The staff was fantastic. Location can't be better. What an interesting family room. The adult room was downstairs and there was a loft with a small spiral staircase with the "kids" room upstairs. Conveniently located near Dongmen Station. Get out from Exit 1 and turn right (to LinYi Street). After passing three buildings you will find the hotel on your left. 7/11 store is just next door. The front desk is not operated at night (closed after 9:00 PM), but they will give you a keycard and you can open the front door easily. We checked out at 6:00 AM and we just left the room key at the front desk.
