Everyone was very polite and greeted us warmly, which left a great impression. I was surprised to find that one of the staff members could speak Japanese. When I got injured, the staff kindly lent me bandages and disinfectant. The dryer next to the washing machine worked pretty well. It was my first trip abroad with my girlfriend, and we had a very pleasant stay. Was of great use for 1am-3am zoom calls back to US office as my roommate was sleeping. Breakfast is okay. The deluxe rooms are large. Staff were helpful. Only issue, which is temporary, is they are demo and renovating entire 4th floor til late Dec2023\. First day there was jackhammering that you could hear throughout the hotel and i was trying to sleep late due to my 3am zoom calls. Hotel staff were accomodating and moved me to highest floor and construction noise was much quieter.
