There's not much to do (the spa/wellness are was closed during our visit), there's no in-house cafe or restaurant, no room service, or any luxurious amenities and facilities available. We spent the entire day out during our whole trip so this didn't bother us. The room was spacious and comfortable for two people BUT there are massive gaps in the wall dividing the bathroom and the room foyer. So if you're staying with someone you don't want to see in the nude, then you can't walk freely around the room if the bathroom's occupied. Since it's also conveniently right next to Sanchong MRT, you will hear trains well into the night and early in the morning. Staff not very friendly or welcoming at check in. We had some minor issues with one room. (3 years) It was a nice choice for people who prefer a quiet area near Taipei, with MRT easy access to the City center. However, the reception staff was different, one of the ladies had no idea about answering the eco question. Made me feel uneasy about the service of the hotel. Over 3 days, then they will change the bed sheet. Short of housekeeping staff? That middle-aged woman's response was out of the blue, and confusing. Don't they need to change the mug used before? OMG, just replace the new one then. Wash for me? Ridiculous! Beyond that was a OK stay. Wish their staff have better training! :( ##### Sung C.
