The location provides easy access to shopping, food, and public transportations. However, we had to contact the hotel front desk several times to receive cleaning services after 5pm during our stay. The staffs were friendly and responsive, but guests should not have to do this. Also, the hotel appears to rent rooms by hours for 'couples' short stays', and the sound insulation between rooms was terrible. We were able to hear 'noises' from their 'hourly guests' several times during our stay. The hotel is at no fault for doing business their way. However, Expedia do a better job screening hotels. In fact, Expedia should seriously consider putting up warnings on hotels offering 'hourly stays' on their site. The room was compact and clean with a limited space but has all I needed. There's usually no staff visibly on site on the first floor and the common room is barely utilized. I took my family and all our luggage to the address and we couldn’t get in. Then we had to find out that the office lobby is across the street. When I got there I had to put a $1,000ntd deposit for each room, which I’ve never had to do before and makes no sense really since you get it back the next day before they even check for damages lol. Then they give us a confirmation number for our rooms. Then we have to cross the street again and because this lobby can take your money but can’t give you a key card. You go to the other building across the street and use a complicated annoying self checkout machine which you have to do for each room. And since you need the card to run the electricity in the room one person can’t leave with the key while the other person stays, and of course you can’t ask for two keys since it’s a machine. It was bay far the most annoying hotel experience I’ve ever had.
