Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations. \- Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable. \- This house uses an electric bear fence across doors and windows to deter bears that can be easily deactivated upon your arrival.
