An old outdated property with zero amenities. It did have aircon but the filter was so dirty the aircon iced up. Cob webs everywhere so it would make a great Halloween party spot. Hole in the bathroom ceiling, toilet wouldn't flush, hardwood floors hadn't seen a broom or mop in a while. No tv, internet was crap, too many negatives. Price is way too high even for a backpacker who requires very little. The clerk at reception was nice but had no idea of our booking despite me showing her.

The place is well maintained.aircon was functioning well ( 3 month old A/C units we just open last July). No cob webs were found.room price of 1500 per rooms for group of 4 adults excluding children is still very low compare to other Inns here in tagbilaran. Try searching the internet! We even offer a free massage promo from our spa partner beside the inn while no other does. The missunderstanding was due to twice booking with same guest and same room. Our internet is powered by PLDT homefiber its not slow. Yes our rooms has no TV thats the only true of his review.
