OUTRIGGER Fiji Beach Resort

OUTRIGGER Fiji Beach Resort

8/10 Good
"Beautiful property with exceptional service! Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the employees were truly exceptional — incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A few things to know before booking: although the property is oceanfront and the views are gorgeous, the beach is quite shallow and rocky, so it’s not really ideal for swimming. It’s still a beautiful setting to enjoy! If you’re traveling solo, I’d recommend booking the hotel’s airport shuttle rather than taking a taxi. I called the hotel beforehand and was advised to take a taxi, which worked fine but ended up being about 70 FJD more expensive. If you do take a taxi, bring cash as they don’t accept cards. The one area I think could be improved is the check-in information. I was mainly told to download the app and wasn’t made aware of the meal package, which would have been helpful since dining at the resort can otherwise be quite expensive. There’s also a lovely adults-only pool that I only discovered later-as a solo traveler, I wish I’d known about it sooner. The resort is quite far from everything, which is wonderful if you’re looking for peace and relaxation, but it does make day trips a bit longer. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend it for a relaxing resort vacation with a couple of day trips mixed in. The setting is stunning and the staff truly make the experience special."

"I loved this place! Would highly recommend! Only complaint is that you only have so much to spend on food per day with the all inclusive package. Which was fine but didn’t like having to watch what we spent for lunch and dinner. Also, the resort is far away from everything so it cost a lot for transportation to do any activities."

Mango Bay Resort

Mango Bay Resort

10/10 Excellent
"Perfect and special bure right on beach - Beachfront (Tula), with the sound of the sea and waves right outside your door. Bed mattress new, firm, excellent sleep. Outdoor open air shower unique and amazing, with gas-boosted instant hot water. Get a Vodafone eSim online a week before you go ($23 AUD for 50GB for 10 days), activates the day before you go, switch to it on arrival on the airport, get 4G 2/3 bars in your room at the resort as wi-fi only in the restaurant. Included Continental Breakfast good enough to start the day. Hire car needed, 2WD ok for the 1 km gravel road to resort, + easy to drive around Fiji as 50 km/h / 80 km/h everywhere, just watch out for the odd pothole. 2 hour drive from Nadi airport, stock up half way with beers and snacks at True Mart Yadua as cheapest and good selection. Friendly owner and staff always happy to help make your stay the best it can be, + friendly people everywhere you go in Fiji. Relaxing and chilled holiday, small and exclusive without the boutique or brand price."

Sunset Villas

10/10 Excellent
"We (parents and two kids) stayed there for four nights in August 2026. We got there from Nadi by taxi. We received a three bedroom apartment with a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen equipped with absolutely everything one needs. Everything in the apartment is brand new and of excellent quality. They also have a nice , not too big pool, but for the kids it was a super attraction. The manager, Mr Junior was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. He helped us with tours and attractions in the beautiful Coral Beach area (very recommended area the River Safari, the Robinson Crusoe island experience and for the kids (but not only), the KULA adventure park). The manager volunteered to drop us off with his car since we didn’t have one, to some of the places, and it was very kind of him, but you can easily use the local buses or taxis. In short, splendid accommodation for a very fair price."
