Holiday Inn Tacoma Mall by IHG
"Was placed next to an ADA room, there was a screaming child all night. I had ear plugs in, the fan going, and white noise playing. Had to call the front desk twice and asked to be moved. They stated there was not an open room available. The sound between the rooms was absolutely terrible."

"Only stayed one day, but felt it was way more comfortable than other hotels. The bathroom was actually really nice and had a lot of amenities for you. We also has a microwave and a fridge!! And the best was the bed, I mean hotel beds are uncomfortable for sure but that bed was honestly really nice. ..."
