Holiday Inn Tacoma Mall by IHG
Was placed next to an ADA room, there was a screaming child all night. I had ear plugs in, the fan going, and white noise playing. Had to call the front desk twice and asked to be moved. They stated there was not an open room available. The sound between the rooms was absolutely terrible.

Its been a while since i booked here...but i was surprised the rooms are way different from before..renovated, clean, neat...GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE..greet us customer with a smile..loved it here...
