Staff was extremely friendly and the facility was very nicely kept! I just had the misfortune of having a room with no shower gel and two lamps that did not work. But besides that, would recommend to anyone to stay here!

Unfortunately I didn’t end up sleeping there do to my own person things but the upgrade was beautiful, the bed was firm but comfy when I did lay on it to test it. The room seemed quiet. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Thank you for the attempt at a great stay.

Maybe move some of the treadmill equipment in the gym to face the skyline and not just the pool. Please make sure to have water in the water cooler in the gym as early as 5am... Quality of towels could be better... though hotel is overall lovely.... Please consider food room service...
