If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall it was a great little cozy cabin. Bring your outside chairs with you to enjoy the views! All the amenities you need are right here waiting for you. We enjoyed our week and will be back! Super quiet - just what you need to reset !

Brand new off-grid Norwegian property located at the highest point on a mountain with the highest elevation (9,225’) for 10 miles with a 280 degree view of Tabernash, Fraser and Winterpark. Plenty of hot water for our 4 guests, pots pans, coffee maker, etc. Enjoyed choppin wood, enjoying the views from all the windows and looking at the millions of stars at night on the new deck and watching our whippet chase all the chipmunks. Was fortunate to time our trip with the Peak Leaf Peepin. Lots of Aspen on the property that were amazing to look at during crisp morning sunrise. Lucky to be first to witness it. Book your trip now for next year!
