The place features a large terrace, perfect for friends or family wishing to share moments together under the Mediterranean breeze. Enjoy the use of BBQ and spacious living area for that extra touch of comfort. Our home also have a large living area and a spacious fully equipped kitchen perfect for all rentals w/WIFI. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| A sunny front terrace equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax in the summer breeze. Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining area and sofa looking at the TV. Private use of BBQ available. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! Bedrooms| Bedrooms| The apartment features two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. For groups larger than 4, we can provide a sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional guests and a folding bed for one more guest, comfortably hosting up to seven people in total. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro) 2\. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 3\. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 4\. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 5\. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand. 6\. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 7\. What is included in the apartment ? The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
