This hotel is in a great, central location with tons of transport connections nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and it made for an altogether easy stay. The 24-hour front desk also proved very beneficial as we has to leave around 3 am and they had a cab waiting and easy check-out. The only issue we faced was that the thermostat in the room was a little finicky, but overall it was a great stay.

The Hotel is located in a quiet inner lane. However, a 200 metre walk beings us to the Suburban Metro Station and the main roads of the city. There is a departmental store and a few restaurants as well in the vicinity of the hotel. It is quite conveniently located for covering some of the tourist parts of the city on foot, though it's a long walk. Anyway, the beauty of Budapest lies in walking and using its tram services.

Very polite and helpful staff, especially at the reception desk.Did not like outdated carpets.Rooms with parquet flooring are much nicer. The outdated carpeter rooms and corridors need renovation.

Great hotel. Very convenient location, tram stop at the end of the street which takes you to the centre in minutes. Good size room with good facilities. Comfy bed, really happy with our choice. Definitely recommend.

The check in online process was really easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. This hotel is perfectly positioned to walk and explore Budapest, with endless lovely pubs and restaurants nearby.

What a fantastic hotel. Highly recommended.
I would return if I visit Budapest again.
Location:
(a) took 200E bus from airport and then M3 metro. With Burger King/Starbucks to your left, cross the road, and the hotel is down a side street. Also walking distance to a main metro station with bus and tram links.
(b) lots of food places to choose.
Room:
(a) clean and spacious rooms with tea/coffee facilities.
(b) secure - need your room key card to enter lift.
Only one feature I didn’t like -...

Everything on the room was comfortable, efficient and well lit, the room curtains were very dark when closed, and the whole hotel was modern.
Very convenient to the train station and local transit options. I hope to stay here again when I return.

I chose the property because of the public transport links. Everything was within walking distance, Metro, buses and trams, trains. There were also lots of coffee shops, burger joints, restaurants withing few steps away from the hotel.
Our room was spacious, and we had complimentary bottle of water and small fridge to keep food / drinks. I was also pleasantly surprised to find some sweet, yummy donuts they left me for my birthday and accompanying card. The thought was very much appreciated....

Great hotel, location is great to explore Budapest, facilities are amazing, spa is a must, if you can get concert tickets for onsite theatre that would be great. A small comment about steam room which was broken for our 4 days stay, and a small comment about cleaning in rooms that needs to improve. I would still go again there.
