Comfort Studio Central B

Brand new (commissioned in February 2020), spacious (42m2) and modern apartment for 4 people. Previously luxury urban residence of Stettiner aristocracy therefore architecture, combining the classic of a 100-year-old building with modernity, interior design and colors of the apartment, refer to the climate of the residence from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.. The apartment is located in a historic middle-class house from the end of the 19th century, perfectly situated only 100 m from the central train station and 300 m from the old town at the quiet Zawiszy Square. At the back of the building there is a free garage. The doors to the staircase and to the apartment are opened electronically .All windows overlook the courtyard . In the apartment there are a free Wi-Fi, wide selection of TV channels and Netflix. living room is linked with separate kitchen. There are a 49 -inch TV and a comfortable sofa with a large, extendable sleeping space for 2 people i. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and dishes. Coffee, tea and mineral water are available for the guests free of charge. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk; there are also an ironing board, an iron and a drying rack in it. White sheets, pillows and duvets are anti-allergic. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a set of towels and free cosmetics. A baby cot is available on request.

Die Häuser im Stadtteil sind oft in wenig gutem Zustand. Das Apartement macht einen ganz anderen EIndruck - mit viel Sorgfallt und Komfort eingerichtet. Die Lage ermöglicht die Altstadt, Oder und vieles andere zu Fuß zu erreichen.
