The hotel was okay. It seemed dated, but was comfortable enough. It used to be a best western. We used the hot tub, but the jets weren’t working, and when we noticed an oily film on the water, we got out and showered. The breakfast was good - eggs and bacon, cereal options, muffins and oatmeal. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, the price was good, and the stay was comfortable. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the hot tub, which we were really looking forward to.

Staff was very courteous; they were the best part of the trip. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Other guests on the hall were smoking pot all night; the smell seeped into the room and kept us up. Around 4-5am I needed a room immediately due to being stranded during a snowstorm. I booked the hotel online because I didn’t have my physical card on me. When I arrived, the night shift staff told me I had no choice but to wait until 1–3 PM to check in. I’m a driver and had already been awake for over 24 hours, which made the situation extremely difficult. I had no option but to wait in the dining area after walking 15 minutes through the snow to reach the hotel. When day shift came on around 8 AM, the staff member was incredibly kind, woke me up, and got me checked in right away. I am extremely grateful for the day shift staff for understanding the situation and helping me get into a room as soon as possible, and I hope the night shift staff receives additional training on handling emergency or weather-related situations with more compassion.

A plus hotel

Went for a concert and a visit to Copperstown. The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well. Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away. Highly recommend this property will most certainly stay there on our next visit to Syracuse. A++

The hot tub and pool were a good temperature.. It could have used a bit of cleaning. The pool area is very very very loud. And you can hear people above you walking around. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool and I kept stepping on stuff. The room was nice but it could use some upkeep I'm not picky so I was satisfied with my stay and had a great time, but if I was more picky I might have struggled with the upkeep

We came for the Nationals. The staff was very friendly. The rooms, 3 couples had 3 king suites, were clean and spacious. Picnic tables with a pond view made it nice to sit and relax after a long day of walking. Even with having a showcar and truck and trailer, there was safe parking.
