Each apartment has its own parking space and is ideal for families and couples seeking relaxation and comfort in a central location.

    The Alte Stadtgärtnerei combines the best of both worlds: a quiet, green atmosphere and proximity to the bustling Friedrichstraße, which, with its diverse shops and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is also only about 500 metres away and invites you to enjoy relaxing days by the sea.
