The open living area delights with direct access to the balcony and a breathtaking view of Sylt’s dune landscape. Let the salty sea air in, sit back, and enjoy a glass of wine on the northwest-facing balcony while the evening sun bathes the sky in warm colours. The open kitchen, featuring high-quality appliances and a modern Bora range hood, invites you to cook together, savour your meals, and share special moments.

In the stylish bedroom, a handmade COCO-MAT bed (180 x 200 cm) awaits you, promising a dreamlike night’s sleep. High-quality materials and a harmonious colour scheme create a peaceful atmosphere where you can deeply relax and start each new day of your holiday feeling refreshed. A wardrobe offers plenty of space for your clothes.

The spacious bathroom becomes your personal spa area. Look forward to a walk-in rain shower, natural light, a towel warmer, and an exclusive KLAFS sauna. After a long walk on the beach, warm up, let the soothing heat take effect, and feel pure relaxation wash over you.
