This exclusive, single-level 2-room apartment offers a modern, relaxed living experience for up to 2 people in approximately 63 m². Inspired by the Scandinavian way of life with its blend of lightness and natural materials, you’ll enjoy a genuine beach vibe here. Soft colors, stylish details, and a light-filled design create the perfect backdrop for relaxing vacation days—just like an endless summer day on Sylt.

LIVING, COOKING, AND ENJOYING
The open-concept living and dining area combines modern design with coziness. Here, the comfortable (sleeper) sofa invites you to linger, while the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances offers everything you need for culinary delights. At the stylish high table that seats up to 4 people, you can wonderfully round off the evening with a glass of wine. From the living area, you have direct access to the sunny balcony facing southeast—ideal for an early breakfast or relaxing in the sun.

RELAXATION IN THE SLEEPING AREA
The bedroom is furnished with a handmade COCO-MAT bed (180x200 cm) and promises a restful night’s sleep. Drift off blissfully under comfort-sized duvets (155 x 220). A TV and a spacious closet provide additional comfort.

PRIVATE WELLNESS WITH A SAUNA AND SEA AIR
Your bathroom delights with a touch of wellness: Natural light, an invigorating rain shower, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer create the perfect conditions for refreshing moments.
