With four rooms and three separate bedrooms—two on the upper floor and one in the attic—this accommodation is ideal for families or small travel groups. The open-concept living area is perfect for spending time together. A comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a wood-burning stove ensure a cosy atmosphere even on cooler days. The dining area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen. It features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. From the living area, you have direct access to your private terrace with a beach chair, patio furniture, and sun loungers—the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh North Sea air, soak up the sun, or wind down at the end of the day. There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find two modern bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite. Thanks to its central yet quiet location, the holiday home is the ideal starting point for relaxing days on Sylt. For additional relaxation, you can use the shared sauna (for a fee) in the basement—ideal for unwinding after a long walk on the beach or an active day on Sylt. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. There is ample free public parking in front of the house; however, this accommodation does not include a designated parking space. Pets are allowed for a fee.
