In the immediate vicinity of the beach on Brandenburger Platz is the well-kept house "Windhuk", in which the apartment is located on the south / west corner on the mezzanine floor. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach.
Size:
2-room apartment approx. 60 m² for 4 people, all on one level.
Furnishing:
This apartment, flooded with light due to its corner location, was completely renovated and refurbished at the end of 2014 and equipped with high-quality furniture. In the living room there is a spacious sofa set that includes the sofa bed, a dining area for 4 people and other bright furniture. Flat screen TV, DVD / Blue-Ray player, telephone flat rate to German landlines and WiFi are available. Loggia and dining area offer a view of dunes, behind which is the Brandenburg Beach. The small separate kitchen adjoins the living room with new electrical appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and ceramic hob. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (200 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe with lots of storage space. There is also a closet in the hallway. The new bathroom with window has a shower and a double vanity with a base cabinet.
It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. A parking space in the yard belongs to the apartment. App. King 01

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Fußläufig ist alles schnell erreichbar und auch der Stellplatz hinter dem Haus ist komfortabel. Immer wieder gerne!
