The studio truly lives up to its name! This holiday rental, which can accommodate up to four guests, was once Magnus Weidemann’s studio. Today, you’ll find a stylishly furnished apartment with authentic details and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The front door opens directly into the large, open-concept kitchen-living room. A spacious passageway to the living area creates an airy feel in the shared spaces. The beautiful kitchenette is comfortably equipped. In addition to a stove and refrigerator, you’ll also find a dishwasher and an oven, for example. Carefully selected dishes, glasses, and useful kitchen utensils harmoniously round out the kitchen. A Nespresso machine is available for coffee lovers.

The stylishly furnished living room captivates above all with its harmony of light and colours. Cosy furnishings also ensure that you’ll enjoy spending plenty of time here. Cable TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment provide additional entertainment options in the studio.

Both bedrooms invite you to enjoy restful nights during your holiday. While the wonderfully bright first bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, the second, smaller room, with its two single beds, is perfect for cosy get-togethers. Storage space and additional seating in the double bedroom also make it a cosy place to relax during the day. Both the living room and the bedrooms are finished with beautiful oak plank flooring.

The bathroom rounds out this charming, historic apartment. A large window ensures plenty of natural light here as well. The comfortable bathroom features both a bathtub and a separate shower.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the building.

The studio includes its own terrace overlooking the beautiful, green, and very well-maintained garden. The seating area, bordered by a small hedge, has of course been invitingly furnished so that you can relax here in peace. The terrace seating area is also ideal for enjoying a coffee break under the Sylt sun. You’ll find even more relaxation in the lounge chair, which is also part of the apartment.
