"2 bedroom apartment really suited our needs. Loved the design of the hotel, transformed from the wool shed. Walking to the room was quite different, which we liked. Very carbon neutral hotel, which I value as well. Only hiccup was check in. Whilst a busy time was a little slow. Would stay again."

"We stayed at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour for one night to celebrate my son’s birthday, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. There was no warm welcome on arrival, and no complimentary birthday treat or cake for the celebration. The room did not feel clean—the carpet was dusty, the bathroom had mould and an unpleasant smell, and one of the face towels had what appeared to be a red stain on it. We were also surprised that there was no complimentary bottled water or basic toiletries provided. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet our expectations, and the stay was not as special as we had hoped for our son’s birthday celebration."

"Very clean tidy room staff was excellent plus service ..parking was very convenient under the hotel ..only the breakfast was disappointing every thing was supper cold sausages ..cooked tomatoes ..coffee was not hot and scrambled eggs was cold we went in at opening time 7 am maybe it takes a while to heat up in the bain-marie .. besides that plenty of places just a few minutes walk to have breakfast great location for a hotel we enjoyed staying there"

"The reception & concierge staff were friendly & welcoming. All areas of hotel were clean & tidy. The rooms were excellent & we had great views of Darling Harbour. The rooftop infinity pool over the Harbour was fabulous. We dinned in the BTWN restaurant& although pricey the food was excellent & plentiful. The location is fabulous & it’s an easy walk to Pit Street & QVB building."
