We complained that our room was grubby and in need of a full refurbishment. The staff were friendly and offered us another room but this was equally dated and smelt terrible. We eventually accepted a smaller room with less facilities as it was just bearable. The manager offered us the penthouse suite for our last night, this was a very nice offer but overall, the whole hotel is in need of modernising, I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The staff were patient and accommodating to our complaints."
