Overall Novotel is good, however the room that we in, had a very noisy air con. The fan is so loud. You will not realise it during the day, but at night it is so noisy.

The House on the Rock

PARKROYAL Parramatta
Solo female traveller, hotel was nice and clean, room was great and I felt safe. I room serviced dinner and breakfast and food was good. Bathroom was a bit tight but overall nothing to complain about.
