The place was a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be because the bedroom was upstairs. It was very clean and in a good neighborhood. The only thing I would recommend is having a broom or dust pan for small messes. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay and particularly enjoyed the beautiful large bedroom and modern bathroom, the cosy living space and proximity to local shops and eateries.Everything was spotlessly clean and communication with hosts when we couldn’t work out the wifi password was good.Great little dog-friendly place with a small park across the road for the dog to do its business.

This space is funky, and very well appointed with quality appliances. The location is perfect for public transport in all directions. My only comments are the noise level and temperature downstairs if you're using the sofa bed. The a/c is upstairs and not effective downstairs, and whilst opening the window helped cool the room down, it is a busy suburb and you will hear the noise of people walking, riding & driving past. A pedestal fan is provided & is likely a better option. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Die Beschreibung des Schlafzimmers und des Bades traf genau zu und es wirkte sehr einladend, der weitere Bereich (Küche und Wohnzimmer in einem) war entgegen den Fotos sehr dunkel und rustikal - eine umgebaute Garage nur mit einem kleinen Fenster. Das war nicht so schön, man hatte etwas Anderes erwartet.

Everything was fine nice place to stayOnly problem we had was there was somebody scheduled to do gutter cleaning in the morning and there’s a skylight in the bathroom so we couldn’t have a shower or use the bathroom until the person was off the roofOtherwise, everything was all good

The apartment is well equipped and has all it needs for a family getaway (e.g. cooking utensil, oven, seasoning, fridge and so so). Good lighting and generally clean. The air-conditioner is on upstairs only and if it's a hot day, sitting downstairs doesn't feel any cool stream. Besides, the apartment is located right next to the street level, noise from the passers-by or cars and next door neighbors can be easily heard. The host is responsive to enquiries

It was clean and comfortable. Close to a bus route. Well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of tea and coffee makings but no milk. I would have liked a cup of tea when I arrived. A small long life milk in the fridge would be nice.

Really great value for money at this split level apartment stay. Comfy, more spacious than a hotel, conveniently located, great shower and nice bed. We even found an extension cord to plug in a heater next to where we were working downstairs.One small thing was the TV in the bedroom didn’t work, which was a small disappointment.Will definitely stay again.

The accommodation was clean and tidy , it had all the facilities to make it very comfortable. We were disappointed at the size of the down stairs. The photo made the down stairs look larger than it was, hence, entertaining was limited. The up stairs TV did not work though we didn't complain as it wasn't really an issue. We certainly didn't need a car. a bus close goes straight to central station and circular quay.

We just finished a 3 week stay here. Our family couldn’t have been happier with the stay. This is an adorable home in a great area. You are surrounded by shops and cafes, Coles, and Aldi are close by for groceries and with a full kitchen you can save on meals. With all of the restaurants and shopping nearby you don’t have to go far to enjoy some Sydney hospitality. In about a 3 block walk you’re at a main bus stop that can get you anywhere from Coogee Beach to the light rail station and much, much more. Moore Park Golf is close by for golf enthusiasts with a 3 level driving range and beautiful course. Visit the UNSW campus, or catch the light rail to the CBD, Chinatown and Circular Quay with stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera house. Inside, you’ll enjoy a full range of amenities and appliances with your own washer/ dryer combo, a nice plus. Upstairs there is lots of storage and a beautiful restroom. Most importantly, the renters were very responsive and ready to solve any issues. We are planning to come back to Sydney and we would love to stay here again.
