We enjoyed our stay at The Savoy Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as it is set in the heart of Double Bay close to a large choice of restaurants and amenities. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating upon check-in.

This motel. although somewhat dated, is in the middle of Double Bay and very close to buses, ferries, shops, cafes and restaurants. At the time we there, some of the appliances in the common room did not work - coffee machine and dishwasher. Some of the doors need attention to stop scraping on the floor. There is no parking, but secure parking is available across the road. For overnight accommodation, it is an ideally located motel.

The hotel is well-located in Double Bay, steps to a supermarket, local bus stop to Edgecliffe Station or the Double Bay Wharf to the Central Business District. Lots of cafés and restaurants, parks and shops in the area. The single room I had was very small and windowless. A few steps to navigate with heavy luggage. Late evening check-in was appreciated.
