Positioned directly on the shores of Cowan Creek, this contemporary two-storey boathouse enjoys a prized north-west aspect, offering beautiful views the and unforgettable sunsets across the water.

Panoramic river views enter the bright, open-plan living space where floor-to-ceiling glass doors seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoors.

The Deckhouse is designed exclusively for adults. Infants who are not yet crawling are welcome by prior arrangement.

Please note:
* Access from the carport is via a private outdoor inclinator (lift), a unique experience loved by many guests.
* The lower deck, jetty and pontoon are unfenced.
* Access between levels is via outdoor stairs only.
* Maximum occupancy is four guests.
* No visitors, children, pets, smoking, candles or open flames.
* please do not bring your own BBQ

Boat hire is available just across the road at Cottage Point Kiosk, while the Cottage Point Inn is only moments away for an unforgettable dining experience.
