Spacious top floor apartment with balcony & views
Spacious apartment situated on the top floor of a small complex with wonderful views of Rushcutters Bay, private, green and tranquil. Lots of morning sun, full kitchen (no dishwasher), bathroom with towells. Very comfy queen bed, good wardrobe space and view from bed. Easy walk to Kings Cross/Potts Point/Sydney City Centre, National Art Gallery, Museum, nice park and bay walks. Lift, street parking. Please read on for full description. The space. If you are a couple (or single) who respect other people’s property then we would love to welcome you to our home. 😁This is an apartment for maximum 3 people. It is a very comfortable home with wonderful light and welcoming vistas. A lovely balcony for relaxing and taking in the view and morning sun. There is a washer and dryer for your use downstairs and its coin operated, instructions are printed and laminated and left on the shelf above. Please be sure to clean the filters in both after each use. JUST A NOTE. Sunlight will flood the bedroom in the morning, we have a blind but it is not a blockout blind as we love the sun coming in so if you must have absolute darkness when you sleep then this apartment is not for you. The view from the balcony is stunning, especially at night when the lights across the bay are twinkling along with the stars above. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THINGS AROUND, especially furniture. Please try not to break anything but please let us know if you do. There are no TV at the apartment. There is a Record Player and a curated selection of Records, to relax with a glass of wine. The hot water is very hot and doesn’t need to run for long to heat, so just hop in the shower and go. If it runs out, as it is only a 50ltr tank, it will reheat within about 30 minutes. You’ll see we have a lovely (new!) King sofa in the most unpractical of colours. Thank you in advance. We are located within metres to vibrant Kings Cross and Potts Point. You can walk across the park below to Edgecliff Centre and we are not far from Woolloomooloo and walking distance to the National Art Gallery and the city. It is tranquil and peaceful and away from everything but close to everything at the same time. From this top floor level you can view out towards Rushcutters Bay Park and the Cruising Yacht Club of Sydney. Full of light, sunny mornings on the balcony, nice breezes - relax on the balcony and just take in the world. Big picture windows in the bedroom create a light show in the evening, the skyline is ablaze with twinkling lights and stars. There is no parking on the premises, street parking only. Visitors passes can be supplied on request (subject to availability).If you’re in to tennis there is a tennis club located just below us. You can walk to Potts Point, Edgecliff, the famous Kings Cross where you’ll also find the train station which can take you into the City proper. Or walk down the Butler Stairs at Potts Point to Woolloomoolloo and on to the Botanical Gardens and attractions such as the Sydney Art Gallery or Museum. There is an absolute multitude of activities and interesting sites nearby. HOUSE RULES ARE: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES, NO SMOKING.ALL OUR APARTMENTS ARE CLEANED BY A REGULAR TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS WHO THOROUGHLY CLEAN, SANITISE AND DISINFECT ALL AREAS OF THE APARTMENT. THE LINEN IS SUPPLIED BY A PROFESSIONAL LAUNDRY SERVICE WHO ALSO SANITISE AND DISINFECT. The location is really good and the place is pretty well stocked (but no aircon/wifi). Check in and in was unclear and in general communication was bad - but this was over the new years period.
