Great location, very poor hotel
Location is fantastic, however that is the only good thing I have to say. Room was needing an upgrade OR photos on website need to be updated! Room displayed on website had full kitchen, lots of space and nice bathroom, reality was not this. Kitchen was more a kitchenette, dishwasher had been removed, no full size fridge just a small mini bar fridge. Cups and glasses were small, no coffee mugs.cupbords were chipped and some drawers were not able to be closed. Bathroom needed a good scrubbing! Black all around top of bath where grout was, a non-slip mat was provided n had mound on it, this has to be unhygienic. Towels were paper thin and more like the size of a large hand towel.
PowerPoints were cracked and we were worried about getting zapped using them.
It is a real shame, I have stayed at this hotel many times as the location is perfect and I didn’t mind paying the asking price however after this stay I would pay the extra to stay elsewhere.
