    As seen in Belle Magazine Autumn 2018. Built circa1904 this handsome Edwardian terrace is the classic architectural style found in the neighbourhood of Paddington.



    The Space:

    This two-bedroom two-bathroom home has been lovingly restored and blends classic charm with modern amenities.



    The home features many period furnishings synonymous with the era. The premium location is a perfect base for you to explore the amazing city of Sydney. There are two interconnected reception rooms in the front of the home including a dining room and sitting room. There are many period pieces that have been thoughtfully curated by the owners. The functional light filled kitchen is located at the rear of the ground floor and has direct access to a very peaceful and private courtyard garden. A full bathroom and laundry room are also located on this level.



    Upstairs there are two bedrooms that offer flexible sleeping options with the front bedroom enjoying French doors leading out onto a private sunny balcony. A large single antique sleigh bed is the centre piece of this room that can be used as a great place to relax during the day. Bedroom two is located at the rear of the property and boasts an impressive brass bed along with antique furnishings.



    To compliment the architectural style there is a renovated full bathroom including an original antique roll top bath and double vanity. This character terrace has a sunny aspect to the rear and is located in an enviable position in Paddington only minutes' walk to a number of outstanding restaurants, parks, boutiques and public transport.

Nice classic home in a quaint residential neighborhood

My family stayed at this nice home for several days and found the pictures on their website to be quite accurate. The host was very responsive, and the neighborhood was quiet yet convenient to local amenities. Please note for summer and winter stays that there is no air conditioning and only a few space heaters, which did not keep the house adequately warm. We would definitely stay here again in the spring or fall but might look elsewhere for the summer and winter due to the temperature inside the house.

A good locality to explore Sydney

This was a lovely homely stay and so nice to be in a Paddington terrace. It had everything we required and was super clean. A great spot to wander and appreciate this area of Sydney. Also close to all the city attractions. Would recommend.
