The staff were super friendly and helpful, it was a nice place to stay, the only negative was that there wasn't much for kids to do (eg. Pool etc).

The place was lovely. The bed was fluffy to start with and then it sank to the base. The shower was good. We did find the previous ppls rubbish they left behind. Great price and location. Will stay there again.

When I arrived at the hotel the car park was full however there were staff on hand to help with coordination of parking and would move your car as spots became available. Staff were also extremely helpful with the questions that I had during my stay

Great experience!!! Would have been nice if there were more amenities on site. Staff were amazing. Room was clean and tidy. Comfortable. Maybe it was the room I booked but the shower situation. That bathtub shower is extremely hectic to get in and outta. Overall 4.75/5. Pretty happy!!!

Room service breakfast was the best. Room and bathroom clean and everything was what one would expect from a Novotel Hotel

6/10 Okay

The whole hotel experience is ordinary. Breakfast was ordinary, some barely warm. The restaurant menu was not particularly interesting - but the pricing was incredibly expensive. We decided bar snacks and they were fine, but again ordinary. Honestly the hotel feels pretentious - and needs to upgrade its product across the board to meet the expectation.
